Kaiti became a vegetarian when she was 12 years old, then went vegan at age 16. This was difficult, as she was living in Minnesota, a heavily meat-minded area at the time. She graduated from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN with a B.S. in Business Management. She also has an A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology, which she has put to good use here in Las Vegas for the last 13 years as a Veterinarian Assistant at a popular local animal clinic. She is compassionate about all furry critters, especially her three dogs and two cats. She is eager to share her love of vegan products and the cruelty-free aspect of veganism with all of our customers.
Erik was raised a vegetarian, dabbled in the partaking of meat off and on for a few years towards the end of high-school, but got really sick off some bad meat and went back to being a vegetarian. He became a full fledged vegan in 2011 as part of a New Years Resolution. I guess some resolutions DO stick! Erik has a B.A. in Film Production from California State University Nothridge and worked for 17 years at a not so popular, but well known cable company producing, directing, and editing local tv commercials. Since coming out to Las Vegas he's worked at KSNV News3 as well as continuing to work as a freelance video editor. He will be using his experience in production to make our advertising entertaining at the very least. He also loves furry critters, especially his three dogs and two cats!

From top moving clockwise is CARSON, our oldest and fluffiest kitty, BUDDY our miraculous 15 year old Australian Shepherd mix, CLARE, our looney Basset, our crazy Beagle, CHACHO, and SHELDON, our problematic yet cool, big kitty.
Felycia is a mother of 2. She decided to go vegan about 3 years ago after watching a few Netflix documentaries. It has been a lot of trial and error on this journey but she and her family love it. The benefits they've gained from their plant based diet has been amazing. She's learned to be a bit more creative when it comes to their foods now. She's excited for the opportunity to work in the first vegan grocery store in Las Vegas. Talk about a kid in a candy store.

Jacqueline has been a vegetarian since 2013 after she graduated high school. In the beginning it was more for health reasons. Then off and on. In 2015 she went vegetarian full time and hasn't looked back. She's been wanting to transition into veganism for a while, but didn't know how to go about it since every market doesn't carry a lot of vegan products. And market hopping isn't much fun. Now that she works here at Veg-In-Out Market it'll be an easier and smoother transition.
A complete Optimist! She always looks on the brighter side of things with wit, humor, a sweet gullibility, and an ever-wandering mind. She may come off as not having all of her marbles in place, but she absolutely has the smarts to know when she's being taken advantage of and is actually quite brilliant. Veg-In-Out Market is her favorite place in the whole wide world! She's thankful she and her friends can come here to shop and not feel in danger of being consumed themselves.
Say hi to our TOFU-LOVING SLACKER! He loves tofu so much he got it tattooed on his arm. The only thing he loves more than tofu is veggin' out... while eating tofu. He's a pretty nonchalant sort of dude, and just goes with the flow, but watch out if you mess with HIS TOFU. You don't ever want to see him if you take away his tofu, drop tofu, or do anything that would get in the way of his consuming his precious tofu. He loves that VEG-IN-OUT Market stocks A LOT of TOFU.
This crazy jokester is quite the pessimist, if you think sarcasm is witty, then you'll find him as hillarious as he thinks he is. He might like cracking jokes, but can't always take a joke himself and often ends up being the butt of a joke. That's when he becomes a bit of a hothead and easily riled up into a frenzy. Other than that, he is very thankful more people are turning towards veganism and going to VEG-IN-OUT MARKET. "Right on my Homosapien Brethren!"
