HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Below you will learn how easy it is to place an online order here on our website.

CLICK ON "ORDER" LOCATED IN THE HEADER BAR AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE

CLICK ON "New User? Register / Log In"

This will take you to a window that will allow you to register to purchase products on the website.

If you are already in the VEGAN-IZED CLUB it will link up to the phone number and email address you registered with at the market so you can get the points for your purchases.

You will be emailed a link to confirm your account before being able to continue.  Once your email address has been confirmed you will be able to LOG IN to your account.

YOU'RE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER 2 HOURS BEFORE WE OPEN AT 10AM AND  2 HOURS AFTER WE CLOSE AT 7PM MON-FRI & 5PM SAT & SUN

SEARCH, SCROLL, PLACE IN CART

Once you are into the store you can start placing your order by searching for the product by utilizing the SEARCH section in the header bar at the top of the screen.

Or by SCROLLING through products on the Bar on the LEFT, which is similar to the one in the store.  There are quite a few products so this way may take some time.  We are working on ways to help make it easier.

CLICK ON THE PRODUCT to ADD IT to THE CART.

We took off the item limits, but please be courteous of others.  We are a small market meant to serve the vegan community and our supplies are currently limited to a case or two of only so many line items by our main distributor. 

With everybody's help we can get through this together.

So You're Ready to CHECK OUT - Click on the shopping bag located on the rightside of the website header.

The Check Out Process is Straight Forward

Just follow the instructions on the screen and place your order.

You should get a confirmation of your order.  If you do not get a confirmation please call us at (702) 954-4626 before coming to the store to pick up your order as we may not have received it.  


If your order didn't go through on the payment and you didn't get a confirmation email, please assume that we did not receive your order.  If this is the case, your card was most likely not charged.  Please call us to confirm the order was place as well before coming all the way down to the store to find out that we didn't receive your order.


The system isn't perfect and we are working on making it better.  We apologize for any problems you may have with it.  However, at this time and with the speed we were able to re-open to provide vegan food and goodies to you all this was the best option we have.

CALL (702) 954-4626 when you arrive

We will collect your purchase from the cooler and freezer if needed and put it on cart for you to pick it up from.

We will need YOUR NAME and ORDER NUMBER to make sure we are giving the purchase to the correct customer.
